Kenzo and Natsuko Tsujimoto bring an authentic, elegant and Michelin-starred Japanese dining experience to Napa. Exquisite edomae sushi and kaiseki delicacies are created using ingredients flown in daily from Tokyo’s renowned Toyosu fresh fish market. While the menu changes frequently, guests can expect to enjoy customary kaiseki courses such as seasonal hassun, owan dashi broth soup and satsuma wagyu tenderloin. Every artistic, seasonal course is meant to pair harmoniously with a selection of eclectic wines and sakes, including Kenzo Estate’s full Napa Valley collection.
