Perpetual recipient of two Michelin stars since its 2016 opening, Oriole took the opportunity to completely renovate and expand in 2021. The new space reflects the passions of co-owners Cara (general manager) and Noah Sandoval (chef), from baseball and art-punk music to interior design and, of course, world-renowned cuisine. The reimagined dining experience is personal and interactive, with guests guided through the Oriole space and offered sips and bites along the way before being seated at their table—with options in either the dining room or the kitchen—for its tasting menu. In addition, guests can enjoy cocktails and spirit-free pairings from Julia Momose, named one of America's Best Mixologists by Food & Wine magazine.
