Former L'Espalier Chef Daniel Bojorquez and L'Espalier Chef and owner Frank McClelland have collaborated on La Brasa. With Chef Bojorquez’s Mexican heritage and his experience in French haute cuisine at L’Espalier, the American menu at La Brasa combines the influences of Mexican, Peruvian and Middle Eastern cuisine with an emphasis on wood-fired flavors. Most dishes are wood-oven roasted including the tacos de carnitas, Mexican fried rice and rib roast cart service. The contemporary-industrial naturally lit setting features high ceilings, wood planks and exposed white brick.
