Valette was born from two brothers’ lifelong dream of creating a unique, hometown dining experience in Healdsburg. The award-winning California restaurant showcases the brothers’ combined 47 years of restaurant experience and provides a canvas for Sonoma County farmers, winemakers and artisans to feature their crafts. À la carte favorites served from an open kitchen include day boat scallops en croûte, coriander-crusted liberty duck breast and charred Wagyu New York steak, while a popular, five-plus-course tasting menu is also available. The rustic-meets-modern dining room features knotty woods and earth-toned stone, granite and leather.
